Dr. Brian Moraes is an internal medicine specialist with a diverse background in medicine. After earning a Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from Nova-Southeastern University, Dr. Moraes completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Nephrology at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He then earned additional training through a preceptorship in dialysis management through the UCLA Department of Nephrology. Dr. Moraes’ experience includes emergency room, internal medicine, and nephrology care. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and a fellow of the American Society for Preventative Cardiology. In addition to treating patients through Hybrid Medical Solutions, Dr. Moraes also serves as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Clinical Assistant Professor in Internal Medicine at Nova-Southeastern University.
Elizabeth Stewart Elam is a Physician Assistant who completed a Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University. At Hybrid Medical Solutions, she manages patient care, formulates treatment plans, and reviews the results of various tests and screenings. In addition to her work as a physician assistant, she serves as a Cancer Care Volunteer for Hope for the Journey in Boca Raton.
Deanna Weilbacher is a Physician Assistant who provides alternative treatments such as hormone replacement, weight management, and wellness therapies at Hybrid Medical Solutions. Weilbacher graduated with honors as a Physician Assistant with a Master of Medical Science degree from South University in Tampa, Florida. In addition to her work with Hybrid Medical Solutions, Weilbacher is passionate about mental health and physical fitness.
